Dr. Maria del Carmen Paniagua has worked as a professor and as a researcher focused on system engineering. She has a MSc., Ph.D., and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Industrial and System Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Also, she has an Ed.D. (a.b.d) in Statistics Education from La Salle University and a MSc. in Statistics from Postgraduate College. Dr. Paniagua is a Fulbright Specialist, Fulbright-Hays recipient, Quality Matters Master Reviewer, and the recipient of the American Institute of Indian Studies Fellowship-The University of Chicago.
