Traci Radford (formerly Bryan) is the director for K-14 Initiatives. As director, she and her team work with high schools (administrators, staff, instructors, and students) to provide opportunities for high school level students to earn college credit through dual credit and dual enrollment while helping to ensure that the courses maintain the academic rigor as a traditional Ivy Tech course. 

As a full professor, Traci (Bryan) Radford is enthusiastic about teaching English and Student Success. Previously, Professor (Bryan) Radford served as IVYT Student Success Department chair.  Additionally, she enjoyed enhancing student success outside of the classroom in her former role as Director of Supplemental Academic Support Services, Tutoring Coordinator, and Knowledge Assessment Lead for Valparaiso/Michigan City.  Professor (Bryan) Radford former roles, which also included Change Agent, Process Improvement Manager, Strategic Enrollment Management and 4DX lead, and Data lead for Academic Affairs, allowed her to be an active part in shaping the college experience for students and employees.
