Stephanie has a background in healthcare management, retail management, and education. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science, and completed her MBA from Valparaiso University. Her publications can be seen in journals such as JSIS, JIACS, with research pertaining but not limited to consumer behavior, marketing, management, international business, and case studies. Stephanie participates in annual conferences at the MBAA International in Chicago IL. Outside of teaching, she is the Vice President of a local not for profit, Emma's Footprints, that provide care packages and support for NICU and bereved families. She speaks at local charity events, and leads a peer support group for NICU families at Porter Regional Hospital. She also leads a team at the annual Chicago March of Dimes on the Lakefront, in honor of her premature daughter Emma Chloe. Stephanie is an animal advocate, and works closely with rescues in the area, as well as southern Indiana. She likes to incorporate fun in the learning process, and believes that every student has a potential for success.
