SAMSON ALEXIS is a French Language Instructor and an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher based in Indianapolis. Samson has been teaching French and ESL to both adults and children from many different parts of the world since 2012. He enjoys helping students grow and be confident in their foreign or second language learning process. He has worked in the United States as a French instructor at the high school and undergraduate levels since 2019. Besides teaching French and English, Samson has been a conference and a medical interpreter and translator (French/Haitian Creole to English) since 2012.

Samson holds a Master's in TESOL and Linguistics from Indiana State University, Indiana, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Tourism Management from the Public University of the North in Cap-Haitian (PUNCH), Haiti. His professional interests include Second Language Acquisition (focusing primarily on English as a second language/ESL), foreign language classrooms (particularly French) with a communicative approach to language teaching, and other language learning contexts.

Samson is happily married to his beautiful wife, Jessie. Of all his adventures, his favorite has been being a husband to his wife and father to his precious daughter, Elorah.  In his free time, Samson enjoys watching a good soccer game, reading, and biking.
