| Bio: | I have been a full time Professor at Ivy Tech Community College in Warsaw Indiana for 16 years. Prior to that, I taught for the Kokomo campus as an adjunct faculty for 2 years. My career in the manufacturing industry began in 1992 working as a Quality Engineer for a machine shop in Wabash Indiana. After that, I earned my Journeyman’s card as a Machine Repairman at DaimlerChrysler Corporation in Kokomo Indiana. I worked there as a Machine Repairman for 14 year during which time, I was also charged with overseeing CNC programming for our custom machine shop and developed a robot end effector repair/rebuild department that saved the corporation substantial resources. I teach coursework in the Machine Tool, Industrial Technology and Automation and Robotics Technology programs currently. I am personally interested in applied mathematics, automation, electronics, programming, machining and additive manufacturing technology. Fall 2023 Office Hours Schedule Monday 2:00-4:00pm |
