Pat has been employed with Ivy Tech Community College for 14 years and is the Program Chair of Manufacturing and Industrial Technology at the Muncie Campus. He spent two years as an adjunct instructor before becoming full-time faculty. His industrial background spans 15 years. Professor Jones has won the following teaching and honor awards: six Technology Division Outstanding Teacher Awards, Ivy Tech State College President's Award, nominated for the Skills-USA VICA National Award, Indiana SkillsUSA Advisor of the Year, Ambassador and Featured Learner at Capella University, selected twice for Who's Who Among America's Teachers, and Distinguished Alumnus Award at Ivy Tech State College. Dr. Jones degrees are as follows: B.S. Education Taylor University, AAS Electronics Technology/Digital Computer Indiana Vocational Technical College, M.A. Industrial Vocational/Technical Education Ball State University, and Ph.D. Adult Education Capella University. |
