Nate Loucks is the Lead Pastor and Founder of State Street Community Church and also serves as the CEO/President of the Pax Center. He graduated from Bethel College with a B.A. and M.Min. degree. Additionally, he has completed certificate programs in leadership from Northern Seminary and the IUPUI School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Nate is a community leader and influential voice who has been involved in organizing important community discussions and events. He previously hosted SOUND OFF, a call-in conversation program featuring community leaders and politicians. Currently, he hosts the Plugged In LaPorte podcast in partnership with the LaPorte Economic Advancement Partnership.

He has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including the NWI Food Council, Family Advocates, the Singing Company of LaPorte County, and M4 Romania. He has also acted as a Human Rights Commissioner for the City of LaPorte. Nate has received several awards, including the 2017 Spirit of Leadership Award from Leadership LaPorte County, the Outstanding Young LaPortean Award from the Greater LaPorte Chamber of Commerce, the Ray and Lucy Swanson Community Service Award, and was named one of the South Bend Chamber of Commerce's 40-Under-40 in 2021.
