A farm girl at heart, I acquired a bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Bloomington, followed by a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University. I completed my comprehensive finals and the first three chapters of my dissertation for my doctoral degree. I was a part-time instructor for a little over 7 years before becoming a full-time instructor and then Department Chair for Accounting and Business Administration. Reorganization took me to my current position, which is Assistant Chair and Associate Professor for the School of Business at the Franklin Campus. My greatest pleasure is to be able to help students succeed.
