I have a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Purdue University, MA in Counseling Psychology from Adler University, and MBA from Kaplan University.


I have been teaching for 14 years, onsite and online. I love students' enthusiasm and excitement and consider it an honor and pleasure to be along for their journey. 

My work experience includes: providing individual and group counseling; leading psychoeducational groups; working in community mental health; working in psychiatric inpatient care, and teaching at the university level. I am a board member of a not-for-profit, community-focused mental health services provider.

My hobbies include reading, meditation, walking, and spending time with friends and family.
