Hello, my name is Jennifer Potter and I began teaching as an adjunct instructor in 2026 in Business Administration.

I've had a long career in higher education where I worked for various offices including Title IX, Institutional Equity, Diversity, Affirmative Action, and the Campus Chancellor’s Office for nearly 20 years. My background includes master’s degrees in public administration and business administration as well as a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. i have been an administrative assistant, a substitute teacher, a girl scout leader, a diversity champion and advocate, Title IX/Affirmative Action investigator in training, and a K-12 educator teaching students on ways to keep their bodies safe through knowledge, education, and prevention practices.

I have three grown children, a spouse, and four rescue animals (currently, 3 cats and a dog).  Two of my children are college students and one works in security. My husband works in the transportation field and is an Army Veteran.
