Previously a controls engineer for various companies contracted primarily at Ford Motor Company. I am a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College majoring in Industrial Maintenance, as well as Indiana University (Physics), Purdue University (EET), and MS graduate work at Indiana State University (Human Resources). Most of my career has been as an electrical controls engineer, primarily in the automotive industry, and as a technical educator. I am a member of Phi Theta Kappa, the IU Alumni Association and the National Experts Panel for the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC). I completed the instructor certification for the MSSC CPT. I also have completed Level I and Level II Siemens Mechatronics certifications, as well as the Fanuc Robot Instructor's course. Currently Assistant professor of Technology and Department Chair for the Industrial Techology, Automation and Robotics and Welding programs at the College.
