My name is Deanna Turner and I am your newest Ivy Tech resource! I will be taking on the role of Nurse Tutor and Sim Assistant. I am very excited for this opportunity and look forward to helping you all grow as nursing students and future nurses.
The big question: How can I help you? I am here to help you develop your learning style and use it to the best of your ability. I can help with study skills and time management and also some course content. I'll be remediating exams for some of the instructors and helping with developing lab skills if you need someone to help you before a second or third attempt at a check off. I'll also be helping with wraparound services. Basically, if you have a problem and it makes being an amazing Ivy Tech nursing student difficult, come see me!
