I am a global technical manager of the Global SaaS Operations Infrastructure Team at Charles River Development (Indianapolis, IN) and an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College (Indianapolis, IN). At Charles River Development, my responsibilities have included troubleshooting and management of our SaaS platforms, client onboarding, and leadership and direction of the Systems Administrators across three geographical regions, I have fifteen years of technical and management experience with different responsibilities within the realm of Information Technology.
I love baseball and am a die hard Chicago White Sox fan. I live in a split house and am outnumbered by Chicago Cubs fans. My wife and daughter love to sing Go Cubs Go throughout the season to remind me of their allegiance with their ball club. At least we can all agree on Da Bears!
