I am a Registered Nurse in Indiana. I originally became a CNA, then LPN, and later an RN with my degrees at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, FL. I enjoy working with students to grow their personal and professional goals to become CNA's, QMA's or launch into nursing and healthcare field. After spending many years working in various medical fields such as Medical Surgical in Hospital setting, Office Nursing, Hospice, Home Care, Long Term Care, and Assisted living- I became Certified to Teach CNA's and QMA's with the State of Indiana. I then worked in Staff Development, and from this point have continued to teach CNA's and have grown to enjoy the learning environment and seeing the students develop. I continue to grow personally as I pursue further education in Nursing through USI.

I currently hold a AS degree in Nursing and am licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana. I hold Indiana State Dept of Health Certifications as both a CNA and QMA Instructor. I hold a current Certification as a BLS/First Aid Instructor with American Heart Association. I continue to pursue a BSN degree at this time through USI.
