| Bio: | Dr. Reader is the Director of Student Success and Retention at Ivy Tech Bloomington. She received her PhD and MEd from Indiana State University and her BA from Hanover College. Her research and professional experience have focused on implementing proactive advising practices and creating programs that increase student success and address equity gaps in graduation. Dr. Reader enjoys traveling with her husband, running marathons, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and watching Survivor. |
