| Bio: | Christian Chambre is a healthcare professional with more than 27 years of clinical experience across military and civilian settings. He served 24 years in the U.S. Air Force in roles spanning medical surgical nursing, aeromedical evacuation, acute care, emergency medicine, and independent duty medical practice, including multiple remote and wartime deployments where he provided autonomous care in austere environments. After retiring from the Air Force, Christian continued his clinical work as an LPN on a telemetry unit before joining the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he supported a wide range of specialty clinics including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Pulmonary, Gastroenterology, Urology, Podiatry, and Optometry. Christian later expanded his expertise into industrial hygiene and occupational safety, strengthening his background in exposure control, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance—skills that directly support safe, high quality clinical practice. He brings a practical, patient centered approach to the Health Care Specialist program, emphasizing clinical readiness, professionalism, and the ability to adapt in fast paced healthcare environments. |
