Brett Ellison is a 2016 graduate of Ivy Tech Community College where he majored in Hospitality Administration and attended Indiana Wesleyan University. He is the Hospitality Manager for Minnetrista and has been serving in that role since Spring 2017. Prior to joining the team at Minnetrista, Mr. Ellison was the Director of Rentals & Events for Cornerstone Center for the Arts, and co-owner of More Than Food, a family owned bakery and catering business. He also has experience as a Slot Auditor for the Grand Victoria Casino and spent several years in the hotel industry, working for limited service properties. He has a combined 32 years in the Hospitality Industry.
