| Bio: | My name is Autumn Hays, I am a practicing Nurse Practitioner in IU Health Urgent care in Bloomington and as an Emergency department Nurse Practitioner. I am a graduate the ASN program of Ivy Tech Bloomington in 2007. I went on to Complete my BSN from Indiana Wesleyan, then my MSN/NP from Walden University in 2018. I am Certified by the AANP. I have been an adjunct instructor for Ivy Tech in Bloomington for 1 year. I am from Bloomington, I have been married for almost 30 years to my husband Greg, we have a spoiled dog named Finn. I love the beach and am always up for a beach vacation or a road trip. I like to travel, although, I have not traveled as much as I would like, I plan on changing that in the future.
