| Bio: | My first experience at Ivy Tech was in 2005 when I began teaching Art Appreciation during a Fall term. I was so excited about teaching those students that I developed myself professionally and joined the College full-time in 2009. During my nearly ten years teaching a professor, I served the institution in a variety of ways: committee service, online curriculum development, and online technology coordinator to name a few. From these added opportunities, I found a passion for supporting others' teaching practices and designing curriculum. Thus, in 2019, I joined IvyOnline's Instructional Design Services. As Lead Instructional Designer of Student Learning Frameworks, I combine my background experiences to support curriculum opportunities that engage students, foster inclusivity, and provide a consistent learning structure; always with student success as the core concern.
